This is for PRO 40 customers who purchased their unit after October 2020 (Gen 2) and need to have their dry-aging technology serviced beyond the 12-month warranty period. This service is for the branded metal backplate that inserts into the back of the unit that contains the firmware, UVC bulb, and fans. The team will replace any necessary components and return the backplate to you once complete.
The customer will send us their control deck by mail with signature service, and the customer will pay for shipping. It will then be mailed back and can be reinstalled exactly as it was removed.
