Designed, engineered, and assembled in North Carolina, USA, the PRO 40 Built-In has expanded capacity and is ready for installation in your kitchen cabinets with zero clearance!
Specially engineered for dry-aging and charcuterie curing, the PRO 40 Built-In offers reliable refrigeration and innovative technology packed into a slim and sleek exterior. The unit can safely age over 40 lbs of beef (2 full subprimals).
The bundle comes with 2 vertical truss racks, a hanging rack, and a humidification system for dry-aging or making charcuterie. The PRO 40 Built-In also features manually adjustable airflow so you can fine-tune your projects. The unit can be installed built-in, freestanding, or side-by-side with left- and right-handed identical units, if you would like expanded beverage or project capacity.
Steakager technology is fabricated with heavy-duty US stainless steel and is modularly designed for easy removal and cleaning as well as repairing and upgrading.
Monitor your dry-aging experience at any time with our iOS mobile app, where you can track the length of aging, temperature, and humidity.
