The PRO 160 is engineered and assembled in North Carolina, USA and brings you our proven dry-aging and curing technology and products in a commercial rated cabinet that is 9.53 cubic feet in volume. You will be ability to process up to 160+ lbs of beef at any one time depending on cut and your creative loading.

Steakager technology is fabricated with heavy duty US stainless steel and is modularly designed for easy removal and cleaning as well as repairing and upgrading.
